In this latest release, we’ve made a major improvement to what was previously known as the “Import” area of LISA Aircraft Records Management. Now called the Archive, this update is designed to make managing your aircraft records easier and more efficient—all within one powerful system. You’ll no longer need to rely on OneDrive for Business!

What’s new?

We know that importing large sets of aircraft records can be time-consuming. That’s why with the new LISA Archive module, you can handle bulk data imports via OneDrive for Business during the initial setup. After that, we provide you with the new option to seamlessly manage your records directly in LISA without the need for OneDrive, saving you time and effort.

Key Features at a Glance

• Import” is now “Archive”
  We’ve renamed this area to better reflect its function.
• Streamlined Access Control
  • Only users with “Tech Admin” permissions can manage large imports through OneDrive for Business.
  • After the initial import, all users, regardless of permission level, can use new features for easier archiving.
• New Upload Options
  • Upload individual files over 100MB quickly.
  • Batch upload entire folders, including sub-folders, for faster organization—ideal for Maintenance Records (DFPs)!
  • Create, rename, and delete folders directly in your LISA Archive, giving you full control over your record archive structure.
